How long does shipping take?
When you have place your order it is sent to our fulfillment center, that order is then prepared for shipping. The time is calculated in business days:
Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-6 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 10 days.
For international orders, it's most likely going to be shipped out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush (10-20 business days) method.

Where are returns sent?
The return address for our store is by default on the package you received. Once our facility received your order we'll notify you via email that the package, and based on the reason for the return, we'll decide what the next steps should be.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return or exchange?
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

All sizes for appeal is listed on each product tab, selecting your size is as easy as clicking a button. Please note that some garments fit different but all feel comfortably.
